  • Responsibilities

    The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

    This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August. Upon completion of this internship, outstanding interns will be evaluated for full-time opportunities with NASDAQ post-graduation.

    Our Team

    The Client Champion team, which operates under the Global Index Team, is responsible for understanding more deeply the needs and goals of the client and translate those into tangible steps Nasdaq can take to assure its client’s success.

    Project Overview

    • Working on the development of a communication process with other teams for gathering relevant and timely client information.
    • Working on the Client Champion Confluence page
    • Developing a training program for new hires and continuous learning programs

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Your Role

    The intern will be responsible for aiding the Executive Client Champion manager in fulfilling the day to day needs of our clients. These would include analyzing data, research, report, and presentation creation.

  • Qualifications
    • Is working on completing a degree in Business, or Finance, or Economics, or related fields (must be graduating by June 2022)
    • Must be client-oriented
    • Has a background in understanding financial data including equity, derivative, fixed income markets, market data, economics, supply, and demand, etc.
    • Has good analytical awareness, fondness for dealing with data, detail orientation
    • Good communication, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills
    • Must also have some familiarity with Microsoft office products
