The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.
This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August.

Our Team
You will part of the NASDAQ Market technology and the Nasdaq’s Risk team which delivers customer success in over 40 marketplaces, 11 regulators, and 100 market participants across 65 markets globally. The customer success team that spans across three regions of APAC, EMEA, and North America who work with our customers to deliver, maintain and improve a risk solution. We serve as Customer Success Project Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Change Management Agents, Product management (Business Requirement Definition), and Quality Control Testing (Implementation Acceptance Testing). We work closely with our customers as business partners to define requirements and oversee implementing risk management functionality, connectivity, and market data.
Project Overview
Automate testing tools and the software release process. Assess AWS and efficient and effective implementations as well as cost-saving configurations. Supporting the Global rollout of a new cloud-based risk management and derivatives pricing platform.

Your Role
We work closely with our customers as business partners to define requirements and oversee implementing risk management functionality, connectivity, and market data. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent service to Nasdaq’s clients through incident management, accountability, prevention, and timely detailed communication. The role covers the breadth of NASDAQ’s organization and brings opportunities for continuous learning and future career advancement.
