YOUR JOB

Indeed is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our global finance team. This role exists to provide administrative and bookkeeping support and streamline financial recordkeeping. 

Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete reconciliation, statement and/or daily admin objectives

• Potentially, work with clients directly on reconciliations and statement needs

• Support Sales and client services with client invoice and payment challenges

• Assist in application of payments

• Work with all accounting and finance teams on ad hoc administration and project needs

• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timely payment

• Approve Insertion orders for international clients (including perform credit checks, etc.)

• Check deposits, support processing of payments

• Support Sales and Client Services teams on day-to-day business needs

• Work with accounting and finance teams on ad hoc projects and needs

• Other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent business level of English

• Fluent in a second language (French, German or Dutch) is desirable but not essential

• 2+ years of applicable work experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment

• Finance/Customer support/ Accounts receivable experience in a multinational tech environment is preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office and general accounting,competency with Microsoft Excel is essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Shared Services experience preferred, Internet-advertising industry experience a plus

• Meticulous organization skills and detail-oriented

• Multi-currency experience a plus

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
