    You will be responsible for leading a team of Company Pages Operations Analysts, providing support, guidance, and career mentorship. You will also work closely with our engineering and product team for guidance, to identify and escalate issues, report potential bugs, and help prioritize work on our systems. Leadership work will be balanced with individual work on Company Pages tickets and projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Be passionate about making sure our users get the most out of their Company Pages experience

    • Lead a team of up to 10 Company Pages Operations Analysts

    • Mentor team members and own their technical and career development

    • Identify and champion tooling and product improvements to increase operational efficiency and improve the job seeker experience

    • Work with a fast-paced team to handle a high volume of requests in a timely manner

    • Identify the need for new processes as well as improvements to current processes and drive their development and implementation

    • Assist teammates with troubleshooting/escalation support as needed

    • Partner with Business Communications and Training & Development teams to ensure content is updated and relevant

    • Become the Company Pages Operations subject matter expert and be prepared to speak intelligently to other teams about our processes, procedures and goals

    • Help define and prioritize team projects and goals

    WHO YOU ARE

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively

    • Experience working within or organizing daily tasks via ticketing systems in a support or operations role

    • Experience with JIRA ticket tracking and/or Salesforce case management is a plus.

    • Experience using structured query languages for KPI reporting is a plus.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven ability to communicate effectively with Product leadership and push for improvement using data-driven arguments

    • Experience investigating, diagnosing, and leading highly technical investigations

    • Proven ability to collaborate on cross-product technical issues

    • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment

    • A critical thinker who is inquisitive and eager to learn and who can find creative solutions to challenging problems

    • Can work autonomously and prioritize work appropriately

    • Can read between the lines, recognize patterns, and dig in to get at the root of a problem

    • Asks why and always questions how we can be doing things better, more quickly and less manually

    • Can identify ways to improve internal processes and tools, solicit feedback from the team and ultimately drive those improvements to completion

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
