As an Aggregation Quality Lead you will be responsible for leading a small team of Aggregation Quality Analysts, providing support, guidance, and career mentorship. You will also work closely with our engineering and product team for guidance, to identify and escalate issues, report potential bugs, and help prioritize and drive work on our systems. Leadership work will be balanced with individual work on aggregation tickets and projects.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 8-10 Aggregation Quality Analysts. Leadership responsibilities include:
Regularly meeting with reports
Evaluating all aspects of your reports’ performance, including biannual performance reviews
Participating in the interviewing and recruiting process
Career coaching and mentoring
Review errors detected by Indeed's automated system, escalating issues when necessary
Identify and drive improvements for detecting errors within job feeds
Work with a fast-paced team to handle a high volume of requests in a timely manner
Identify the need for new processes as well as improvements to current processes and drive their development and implementation
Become the Aggregation Quality subject matter expert and be prepared to speak intelligently to other teams about our processes, procedures and goals
Help define and prioritize team projects and goals
Required Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Experience working within or organizing daily tasks via ticketing systems in a support or operations role
Experience with JIRA or other agile project management software is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, RegEX, Python, or SQL is a plus

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
