Spend this summer as part of the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Cell working to get C-130 operators the technical information and parts that they need to complete their missions every day. As part of the team, you will work with technical support professionals, engineers, supply personnel, the supply chain team, logistics team, and business teams to solve our customers' problems each day. This is a fast-paced job where the goal is to resolve the issue the same day it is received from the customer. Must be a US citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, aeronautical science, aircraft maintenance, or related technical degree from an accredited university.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in any type of customer service is desired.
