AlixPartners offers two types of MBA Internships: Enterprise Improvement and Turnaround and Restructuring Services.

For our Enterprise Improvement Internships, you’ll work with companies in varying standings across a variety of urgent, high-impact situations. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for analyzing corporate performance, business modeling, driving cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvements for your client in ‘high stakes’ situations.

For our Turnaround and Restructuring Services Internships, you’ll explore and understand the TRS practice. You’ll get a glimpse of what it is like to work professionals providing business, financial, and strategic consulting advice to companies that are under-performing and/or highly leveraged.
