ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role sits under the Talent Attraction (TA) Delivery team. Our team supports HR and the business with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral. We deliver innovative and trusted world class services that enable Indeed to lead with innovation based on data driven insights and analysis so that we can continue to change how the world hires and help people get jobs.

As an Analyst within TA Delivery, you will be responsible for creating compelling data led narratives that will help drive a best-in-class experience for our candidates, hiring managers and recruitment team, inform process optimization efforts and provide insights to our performance. You will support TA in conversations with leaders and the business.  You will take data from multiple data sources, manipulate and translate that data into actionable insights for Indeed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage data from multiple sources to build compelling narratives

• Present your insights to executives and business leaders  and handle challenges with ease

• Leverage qualitative data and insights from HR and industry data sources

• Align opportunities/pain points to the appropriate narratives

• Serve as subject matter expert in helping create scalable methodologies

• Independently manage all projects, deadlines and stakeholder relationship with timely delivery of ad-hoc REQUESTS

• Test and cultivate data driven narratives to help solve recruitment problem

WHO YOU ARE

• +3 years experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering data led stories, through significant data manipulation and analysis, to both internal and external stakeholders

• Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience 

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to deliver messages effectively to both internal and external audiences

• Strong storyteller who can convert data into insight that is actionable

• Ability to present narratives in a compelling way and data driven way

• Plus:  Experience with the Google Suite of products

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
