    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Omnichannel Assistant Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational service & efficiencies while delivering insights to the business. This associate will own day to day issue resolution related to Omnichannel operations, work cross functionally & manage various levels of reporting creation / distribution to ensure efficient operational support. They will Team Up with cross functional partners including Store Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, IT and Customer Service. The associate will need to possess an analytical mindset and maintain a Stay Curious mindset to continually evolve Omnichannel operations and capabilities at Abercrombie & Fitch.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Managing daily to quarterly reporting & communication to cross-functional teams aiding in business decisions
    • Own daily Omnichannel service tickets including mining for root cause, suggesting enhancements & Teaming Up cross functionally to resolve.
    • Developing reporting to improve operational efficiency and monitor system health
    • Creating & managing standard operation procedures documentation
    • Executing user acceptance testing as Omnichannel representative on IT projects to ensure business requirements & objectives are met
    • Managing store omnichannel capabilities
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-3 years of Omnichannel, eCommerce management, and/or fulfillment experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to accomplish specific tasks within a reasonable time frame
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
    • Ability to communicate clearly across teams
    • Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
    • Tableau experience is a plus
