    This opportunity is focused on supporting inspiring paid media experiences for a global brand. With a focus on production of innovation and modern design ethos, this collaborative and multi-talented production artist will work to take the Abercrombie & Fitch family of brands to the next level. The perfect creative talent for this position not only has an eye for superior graphic design but should also show the ability to produce thoughtful and justified design solutions. Working along-side design leads, digital strategists, merchants, and brand marketing teams, you will rely on high-end production principles to produce and implement high-quality visuals for delivery to our vendors. Finally, the right candidate recognizes the value of connecting the digital experience, has a passion for solving problems, can influence within a cross-functional context, and delivering exceptional results.


    • Work with design leads, strategists on a daily basis to deliver high quality, industry standard, production files for the Abercrombie & Fitch omni channel experience.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on-brand seasonal digital media ads that successfully answer brand initiatives while creating a highly shoppable omni channel experience.
    • Maintain consistent on-brand creative and production file standards within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
    • Have strong communication skills to help connect the production design team cross-functionally and promote a 360 Marketing approach
    • Drive innovation through experimentation and existing production techniques.
    • Ability to present to a larger group while providing clear recaps and takeaways to creative leads.
    • Bring a strong sense of team-orientated, positive, proactive and project driving skills to the role on a daily basis.
    • Follow a development timeline to ensure designs are being produced on time.
  • Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree in Design with a focus on visual arts
    • Minimum 1 year of Design and Production experience within a high-paced cross-functional creative environment
    • Proficiency in a variety of rapid prototyping and design tools - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
    • Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
    • Meticulous eye for color and ability to proof a high volume of print and digital artwork at a time
    • Strong design layout skills with a heavy focus on typography
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
    • Must be organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable and have a strong ability to embrace change
