    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Assistant of Omni Experience Marketing is responsible for delivering the brand's in-store & online marketing strategy to create a clear and valuable customer experience while achieving customer acquisition, retention, traffic and revenue goals. This person executes the marketing strategy, focused on print signage and digital site & app content. This role involves cross-functional communication, proofing, managing translations, and identifying process improvements, supporting the Gilly Hicks brands globally. Efficiency and accuracy are top priorities

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Deliver experience strategies to support seasonal brand marketing, promotional campaigns & ongoing reactionary customer communications
    • Proof all customer-facing brand & promotion communications for our stores, site & app to ensure no misspellings, legal errors or creative inaccuracies go to production
    • Plan & coordinate customer-facing messages for homepage, apps & front-of-store
    • Validate site & app content, inclusive of homepages/landing pages/fit guides, ensuring links + analytics tags are accurate and content matches creative comps
    • Provide thorough internal communication and build process efficiencies within the visual, production, procurement, traffic and marketing strategy teams
    • Support loyalty program marketing strategies to achieve acquisition, retention and revenue goals. Ensure proper segmentation of perks by region & messaging throughout the digital experience.
    • Support global operations through localized content strategies + translations & currency differentiators
    • Support personalization through precise metadata & content validation
    • Enter marketing orders into ISM accurately to have a positive impact on process, timelines and budget
    • Utilize JIRA workflows to provide feedback to creative & operation teams
    • Reference past execution tactics & relevant hindsighting to ensure correct strategies are in place to deliver maximum return on investment
    • Deliver on short-term and mid-term marketing objectives, from current season through the following year
    • Voice innovative and creative marketing opportunities that push our learning and keep Gilly Hicks at the forefront of experience marketing; be a source for what's new and next
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    • Attention to detail a must
    • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task, while maintaining clear and proactive flow of communication and ownership of tasks
    • Experience in e-commerce or brick-and-mortar a plus
    • Experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment is a plus
    • Global perspective and international experience a plus
    • Analytical and highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
