Background & Purpose of the Job
The primary purpose of the Associate Customer Business Manager (CBM) position is to drive profitable sales volume and develop sustained business relationships with HEB. This ACBM will manage Foods & Refreshment categories on our team. This role will be based in the San Antonio, Texas area and will report to the HEB Team Leader.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
The ACBM is responsible for achieving volume goals while maintaining spending goals based on the joint business plan. They maintain distribution, drive innovation and influence others to obtain resources to help win in the marketplace. An ACBM must be able to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining a precise business acumen.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Marketing
3-5 years of experience in customer management capacity rolesComputer skills required: All Microsoft Office Programs
Familiarity with IRI is preferred. Customer Management, Customer Service or Finance background is a plus. Breakthrough Thinking - The position will require initiative on the part of the person to work independently and deliver results.
Problem Solving -Will need to exercise good judgment and routinely make decisions to support the day to day business.
Organizational Awareness - Will need to reach out too many different levels of the organization in order to solve problems and gather information for decision making.
