    The Associate Dean of Students will report to the Principal of the High School of the Liberal Arts, setting a vision for scholar and parent culture, and manage others to achieve that vision.

    In this role you will:

    • Work with the Principal and leadership team to execute a vision for scholar culture and work
    • Support scholars to meet the school goals (joy, homework completion, school culture, work habits, GPA).
    • Observe scholars and teachers and work with the Principal and leadership team to diagnose gaps and set priorities for the school as a whole
    • Train teachers to plan and execute a scholar management system in classrooms and the larger educational setting by working with scholar(s) involved, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders; and
    • Build relationships and meet with parents to plan for their scholar’s success.
