Sales, Marketing & Onboarding:
Provide sales and marketing support, including: marketing asset creation, sample program design and content curation.
Execute our onboarding process in coordination with the client lead.
Support the client services team with: regular client calls, communications development, data reporting, platform customization, and technical support.
Analyze and develop strategies to increase platform adoption and usage metrics.
Review strategy to ensure clients with low usage are provided with additional support to fully optimize usage of Big Think Edge.
You don’t need (m)any years of client experience, but you must be:
Procedure-and-process-oriented with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with data entry and the management and analysis of large-scale data sets
Able to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Responsible and able to work well as a team member as well as independently
Ready to take initiative and find ways to improve processes but also willing to ask questions if you are stuck
A graduate of a top-tier university
Experienced with Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, HubSpot (or similar programs)
Knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)
