Background & Purpose of the Job
The ASSOCIATE LOGISTICS MANAGER, INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION is responsible for managing key operational and strategic aspects of international transportation for Unilever North America. In addition to managing service levels and relationships with local carrier representatives, this individual will lead strategic improvements for transportation related to NA imports & exports to drive operational efficiencies and transportation-related cost savings. This person will also business partner with the Global Logistics Team to drive logistics excellence and standardization of best practices, while also supporting the coordination of the annual ocean freight bid.
