    HELPING OUR CLIENT GROW GREAT BRANDS ASSOCIATE, PROGRAM LEADERSHIP

    AS A MEMBER OF THE PROGRAM LEADERSHIP TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING RESEARCH PROJECTS FOR EXISTING PUBLISHER, AGENCY AND ADVERTISER CLIENTS. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROJECT EXCELLENCE FROM THE POINT OF PROJECT SALE THROUGH FINAL DATA DELIVERY; ACTING AS THE POINT PERSON BETWEEN ALL OPERATIONAL AND SALES TEAMS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT AND SUCCESSFUL PROJECT EXECUTION FOR OUR CLIENTS.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • EXECUTE RESEARCH : Support Client Leadership team members in any and all necessary aspects of research execution to ensure clients' business questions are addressed. Contributions include but are not limited to independently understanding media plans, supporting study design, overseeing fieldwork, and translating business objectives into actionable deliverables
    • QA PROJECTS : With supervision and coaching, you will be responsible for playing an integral role in overall project quality by the continuous monitoring of sample/data and creative activity while providing QA support for surveys and reports
    • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY : Utilize effective communication skills in-person, over the phone and via email with internal and external clients. Develop an approach/system for communicating key project considerations (i.e. recruitment concerns, technical issues) with team members. Ensure project timelines & deliverables are met and key client questions are answered.
    • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING: Participate in offered training and development initiatives, whether structured or organic on the job opportunities; proactively seek opportunities to broaden industry and Kantar knowledge base, increase familiarity with Kantar systems/tools, strengthen communication, and/or project management expertise
  • Qualifications

    CAPABILITIES

    • 1+ year of market research experience a plus
    • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences preferred)
    • Interest in online advertising
    • Impeccable attention to detail, organized, and with a drive for accuracy and timeliness
    • Team player mentality-willing to do what it takes to get the job done and comfort with ambiguity
    • Natural curiosity, passion for being process-oriented, innovative (out of the box thinking), and solution-driven
    • Track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
    • Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, SAS etc.) a plus
