    ABOUT THIS ROLE:

    You’re obsessed with Indeed customers & ensuring they get the most value out of Indeed’s products. You are able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their unique perspective while striving for excellent customer service—every customer problem is important to you, no matter how small. A whiz with data, you’re able to glean invaluable qualitative and quantitative insights from customer performance data. You don’t believe in doing things the same way they’ve always been done—you recognize opportunity for change. In an ever-evolving landscape with shifting priorities, you’re persistent & proactive in identifying gaps and opportunities while leaning into your problem solving skills to drive improvements.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Problem solve, analyze data, and present findings to customers in a way that helps sales to optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations 

    • Support account managers by providing actionable insights and recommendations on campaign & product investments 

    • Work lock-in-step with account managers to distill customer pain-points, strategize on client narratives, & navigate resources 

    • Lead internal team growth initiatives through mentoring, coaching, and training

    • Contribute to shaping department-wide initiatives powering broad business objectives

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bilingual in Spanish language; spoken, written, and verbal 

    • 3+ years of direct experience in either Tech/SaaS sales, research & insights, account management, business analytics, or solutions architecture

    • Excellent time management, negotiation and customer service skills

    • Strong aptitude for experimental design, with working knowledge of statistics & decision tree logic

    • Advanced communication skills with the ability to prepare and present analyses & data to external & internal executives

    • Advanced in MS Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

    • Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent)

    • Proficiency in SQL 

    • Working knowledge of Python- ability to read, understand, & run scripts

    • Strong deductive reasoning, problem solving, and project management skills

    • Excellent stakeholder management style

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
