You’d be a Business Development Manager so responsible for helping 50–70 students build Fresh Prints at their schools. You’re part manager, part friend, and part business coach.

You:

• Do phone calls with all of your CMs on a weekly or biweekly basis. You’re also available to answer their questions via text and email whenever.
• Get the CMs excited. Build up their confidence. Bring positivity, energy, and passion.
• Keep the CMs organized. Work through projections and planning. Develop structures and systems so that they succeed at scale.
• Challenge the CMs so that they keep growing the business and keep growing as humans.

You are irrationally persistent and push to perfect everything you can control while planning for everything you can’t. You own everything you touch.

Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience … JUST KIDDING… some sales and/or management experience would be great. But we’re really just looking for anyone entrepreneurial who can lead.
• Laugh at all of our jokes… not kidding.
• You live in or will move to NYC to work out of our headquarters.

Fresh Prints designs and manufactures custom apparel for collegiate and corporate clients across the U.S. and Canada. We primarily grow through our network of Campus Managers.
