  • Responsibilities

    BlueGrace is seeking a highly competitive and sales oriented individual who wants to begin or continue their career in enterprise sales. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and engaging target enterprise (large client) opportunities. You will research businesses throughout the United States with high shipment volume, multiple locations and/or technology integration needs. The BDR will follow internal selling campaigns to target accounts via cold calls, emails, and internet marketing. The BDR will develop opportunities to set up and run sales meetings via phone or web to investigate and determine customer business and transportation needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop creative outbound prospecting strategies
    • Build target list of organizations that fit our customer profile via CRM, internet, trade publication, and lead source research
    • Leverage tools such as CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, connect, and network with target accounts
    • Accurately maintain documentation in CRM for contact management, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline management
    • High volume of cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
    • Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities
    • Competently understand BlueGrace’s position in the market and value proposition to different industries and department levels
    • Engage with mid-level to C-Level executives, assess prospects needs, and set qualified meetings through effective communication
    • Work with our Regional Business Development Managers to effectively hand-off qualified meetings and understand the BlueGrace sales process
    • Be an active participant in role play sessions, meetings, trainings, and learning sessions
    • Maintain high performance against goals and metrics (Set Appointments, Qualified Meetings, Activity Goals (Phone, email social media, etc.)
  • Qualifications

    You have:

    • Minimum 1 year’s work experience in an office setting, including internships
    • Inbound sales, cold calling, or outbound prospecting experience
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong ability to multi-task and are process driven
    • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
    • Desire to work in a highly competitive sales environment and maintain composure in stressful situations
