YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile and initiate Foodservice contractual payments to customer
• Manage customer account activity using work flow tool
• Initiate ideas and seize opportunities to drive reduction in DCSO and over 30 past due balances

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

• Highly effective interpersonal & communication skills
• Highly developed multi-tasking skills
• Analytical, Assertive, and Results Driven
• Strong Excel skills

• 2+ years of collections experience
