Cisco Talent Incubation Programs (CTIP) offers a pathway into a customer-facing technical career at Cisco by providing a rigorous 20-week development program focused on building technical skills. Participants who successfully meet all program milestones are eligible to receive a full-time offer as a Technical Consulting Engineer (TCE) in our Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX offices.
All candidates will have:
Passion for customer success
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excited about networking, IT or computer science
Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a fast-paced environment, and work independently
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
VTIP candidates must be:
Veterans and/or transitioning military personnel that will be released from active duty commitment prior to start date identified
Preferred, but not required: Located in Camp Lejeune, Ft. Bragg, New River, Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX areas.
