    • Provide exceptional service to clients across all Q cities
    • Educate clients on our platform to improve engagement and self-service
    • Solve problems strategically and retain flexibility in a dynamic environment
    • Gather insights about product modifications and market opportunities obtained through client interactions
    • Maintain a high level of service awareness at all times

  • Qualifications
    • 0-2 years customer-facing work experience (B2B or similar experience preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Salesforce proficiency a huge bonus
    • Experience in a high growth technology startup strongly preferred
    • Ability to work non-traditional work hours
