Datawallet is seeking a part-time Client Onboarding Intern to set up new clients with our SaaS offering, which helps businesses solve their data compliance needs. Responsibilities include creating the account for new clients (made easy by our auto-deployment architecture), onboarding clients to the service, and early-stage account management. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to apply their technical know-how and client service skills to assist some of the largest companies in the US and abroad. We will provide full training and documentation on our product and it’s deployment to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Creating new accounts and onboarding clients (product-specific training provided)
• Ensure client success by providing expert advice and customer service to new clients
• Solve client issues by understanding product specifications, providing solutions, and interfacing with Datawallet support team when required

• Quick learner
• Great communication skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms
• Ability to interface with clients, address needs, and ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to field technical questions (when provided training and documentation support)
• Ability to act autonomously, and to work with a multi-disciplinary team as needed

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SaaS deployment, especially those including API integrations
• Experience with data compliance laws such as GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with Stripe’s account dashboards
