  • Responsibilities

    The Client Services Internship position provides an opportunity for students who are currently pursuing a Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Engineering or related physical science or Business degree to get hands on experience working with project and business managers and multi-functional colleagues in a fast-paced pharmaceutical contract manufacturing environment. The Client Services intern will contribute to project and account management, support customer-facing activities and advance best practices. The position starts in May or June, paid working 40 hours per week through August. Opportunity exists for this position to continue through the academic year on a part-time basis to allow for class schedules.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Manages day-to-day activities of client accounts
    • Facilitates business review meetings, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and maintains all primary contact and primary team contact information.
    • Supports Business Management and Portfolio Management Teams with profitability and pricing management.
    • Works closely with Project Manager and Business Manger to ensure best in class service for the client.
    • Ensures contract compliance, facilitates capture for execution of additional services, and performs annual contract pricing.
    • Reviews and implements contract amendments
    • Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements
    • Specific tasks will be tailored to the interns experience level and abilities
    • A Client Services intern works under the close supervision of Senior Client Services Leaders, Business Managers and Managers of Projects Management.
  • Qualifications
    • Enrolled in College pursing a bachelor - Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related physical science or Business Program.
