    US Remote 104,000 - 150,000 USD per year

    THE CLIENT STRATEGY & INSIGHTS TEAM:

    ABOUT THIS ROLE:

    You’re a people first coach-player who obsessed over Indeed customers & ensuring they get the most value out of Indeed’s products. You have a strong sense of the day-to-day needs and function of individual contributors & can coach on the analysis & narratives delivered. You don’t believe in doing things the same way they’ve always been done—you recognize opportunity for change & lead with empathy & transparency. In an ever-evolving landscape with shifting priorities, you’re persistent & proactive in identifying new ways to elevate and grow your team's capabilities & skills.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Be the subject matter expert on an aligned sales market or segment 

    • Establish & maintain key sales stakeholder relationships through monthly business reviews 

    • Support account coverage for complex but finite accounts

    • Identify resource gaps and/or process enhancements to accelerate team productivity

    • Directly manage 2-3 specialists & senior specialists; including development & performance management

    • Contribute to shaping department-wide initiatives powering broad business objectives

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years of direct people management experience in a sales support driven environment

    • Excellent time management, negotiation and customer service skills

    • Strong aptitude for experimental design, with working knowledge of business planning

    • Advanced communication skills with the ability to field stakeholder escalations

    • Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent) + MS Office

    • Strong deductive reasoning, problem solving, and project management skills

    • Excellent stakeholder management style

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
