This pathway, which contains about 30 hours of learning, introduces the skills needed to be a Cloud Support Associate.

In this pathway, you'll explore:

1. Various platform technologies, including Windows and Linux, and virtualization.
2. Networking topics, including architecture, protocols, virtual private clouds, provisioning, directory service, and troubleshooting tips.
3. Different scripting languages necessary for this role, including Python, Javascript, and using the command line interface.
4. General data management concepts.

This survey course is aimed at individuals interested in cloud topics with little or no working knowledge of AWS. You do not need to be currently enrolled in college/ university to apply for this course, but we recommend you use a school email to sign up!
