YOUR JOB
We are seeking a Communications Specialist with an operational focus to support a fast paced, global, corporate communications organization. In this role you will execute projects designed to drive efficiencies and integrate global communications programs. Above all, your work will contribute to what the world knows about Indeed and its mission to help people everywhere find jobs.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations and will be a part of Indeed’s public relations marketing department.
Job Details:
Manage creation and delivery of daily and weekly PR newsletters
Manage team roadmap calendar and facilitate program integration
Provide support and gather materials to support daily update to the press room
Create and maintain processes to improve workflow
When needed, develop client call agendas before calls; take detailed notes to map out action items and owners post call
Complete online research to support client projects
Pull data from internal and external measurement systems
Assist with event coordination and logistics
Support team budget tracking systems and allocations
Manage creation of statements of work and purchase orders
Create presentations, status reports and spreadsheets to support team efforts
Proactively offer solutions for executional issues specific to assigned programs
WHO YOU ARE
1-3+ years of experience in public relations or communications (client or agency)
Strong writing skills and a curious mind, always eager to learn and improve
Detailed Oriented
Good presentation and communications skills with solid capabilities in Google Sheets, Google Documents and Google Slides (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) asana and cision
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations or a related field preferred
Enjoy a fast paced, collaborative ever changing working environment
Excellent team player with a problem solving mindset
Easy to get along with and like having fun while driving impact.

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
