    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you'll learn from some of the best and brightest HR professionals in the SaaS space. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in both the operational and technical domains within HR. Some of your time will be dedicated to support activities aligned with compensation job analysis, completion of survey benchmarking and compensation reviews. You will also research compensation policies and plans to ensure the organization's offerings are current, cost effective and competitive. You will learn (or expand your knowledge) of the annual compensation merit process, analyze and track the impact of our global recognition and reward programs (Bonus/Objectives, X-Factors etc.) and assist in managing and approving job offers and promotions while understanding the theory and strategy behind the numbers. On the benefits side, you will be exposed to a variety of impactful work that is the foundation of the organization. This includes owning EEOC reporting, benefits invoicing management, annual benefit compliance reporting & testing, and assisting with annual open enrollment. As you learn and expand your skills you will be in a unique position to teach the skills you learn to others within the organization.

    THE TEAM

    Xactly's Human Resources team is a tight-knit group with diverse backgrounds--our department includes both early, mid, and senior professionals working from a variety of global locations. We're charged with bringing progressive, creative, and impactful HR strategies to the Company. This is a hybrid role that will give you a large variety of exposure to a wealth of activities across the HR organization. The role is designed to accelerate and expand your learning while leaving the opportunity to get exposure to all areas within HR. You will also have fun with this amazing team.

    WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

    • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
    • Build relationships with the HR team including all functional area leads
    • Gain a foundational framework for understanding how the basics work including our organizational structure, who you will be working with on key projects and how to navigate the basics of getting work done

    WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know
    • Begin supporting projects in the compensation and benefits areas
    • Recommend process improvements and ask critical questions about how the HR team works

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Begin to implement some of the concepts you have learned and leverage the learning that you have been developing over the past 6-months
    • Take on larger tasks and challenges (e.g. merit reviews, offer approval, compliance testing, etc.)
    • Roll out efficiencies you've identified amongst the HR team

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted HR analyst making a positive impact company-wide
    • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and HR acumen

  • Qualifications

    THE SKILL SET:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 3-5 years experience in an HR role with strong analytical skills (compensation and/or benefits experience preferred)
    • Ability to partner with all levels of employees and leaders
    • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts & graphs)
    • Solid experience with Google (G Suite)
    • Strong project management skills
    • You enjoy independent working but also enjoy working with teams towards a common goal
  • Compensation
    Pay range: $56,300 - $70,400 base salary + semi-annual bonus Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
