    West Monroe is seeking entry-level consultants for our Human Capital Management Practice. We’re also looking for people with the entrepreneurial capability to grow and thrive in an expanding environment.     West Monroe Partners’ Human Capital practice offerings focus on enabling people-centered change, better aligning workforce practices with strategic business priorities and increasing the value created by Human Resource (HR) services. Our clients’ HR projects range from short strategic engagements to large transformational programs. Our client services include:

    • Transactions: Managing all aspects of the people related deal process and advising on M&A-related balance sheet liabilities, organization, structure, leadership and culture and all HR functional considerations
    • Transformation: Optimizing the Enterprise value and/or the HR function by redesigning the target operating model, organization design/structure, business processes and technologies
    • Talent: Assessing critical talent-related needs and providing solutions and insights into the full range of workforce implications of business strategy and operations including segmenting key employee stakeholder groups that can help a business differentiate themselves in a competitive set, co-sourcing and outsourcing skills, jobs and bodies of work.
    • Technology: Defining HCM platform strategies, executing software selection and managing all aspects of implementation including project management, change management and functional expertise

    Consultants in our Human Capital Management practice have these primary responsibilities:

    Client Delivery:

    • Assist in the development of client deliverables, statements of work, agendas and notes
    • Assist Project Managers in deep analytical exercises around all people-related elements of an organization
    • Assist with Project Manager duties including time tracking and budget oversight

    Practice Development:

    • Participate in and support the national team in development and enhancements to Human Capital methodologies, benchmarks, tools and other collateral
    • Participate in developing thought leadership activities such as blogs, white papers and other related efforts
    • Actively build a professional network and affiliate network in the local community

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in process
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
    • Ability to Travel Monday - Thursday (weekly) up to 70%
