West Monroe is seeking entry-level consultants for our Operations Excellence – **IT Strategy & BPO **Practice. We’re looking for people with the entrepreneurial capability to grow and thrive in an expanding environment. Our consultants play a central role on our project teams. We actively recruit highly competitive students; strong candidates demonstrate leadership skills, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and diverse backgrounds.

Consultants in our IT Strategy & BPO practice have these primary responsibilities:

• Performing detailed quantitative and financial data analysis in Excel
• Preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management
• Evaluating business processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
• Researching, synthesizing, and reporting on business issues
• Facilitating and participating in client meetings and working sessions
• Contributing to proposals for new projects and clients
• Assisting the firm's internal operations

• Demonstrated leadership ability

• Bachelor’s degree in process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.5 or higher
• Ability to Travel Monday - Thursday (weekly) up to 70%
