You will work directly with the Founder and Head of Marketing to create compelling content that will help curious, adventurous people learn more about seasonal jobs and alternative career options. You will also learn the tips and tricks to gain your content thousands of views or more.

• Work with the Head of Marketing to ideate, draft, edit, and share social media and blog content across various formats
• Identify opportunities for content promotion and partnership with external blogs, publications, and influencers
• Assist in the creation of content calendar and meet regular deadlines for new, exciting, and varied content to support those who want to learn about alternative job opportunities
• Help drive social growth by pushing content across platforms

• Advanced writing skills, including the ability to write persuasively (knowledge of on-page SEO a plus)
• Experience creating visual content for social media platforms, including Pinterest, Facebook & Instagram.
• Strong research skills
• Highly attentive to detail and meticulously organized. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Zenkit) a plus
• Creative and strategic thinker, comfortably adapting to changes, possesses a can-do attitude
• Team-player with a great sense of humor and knack for finding fun in every project
• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in English, humanities, communications, journalism, marketing, etc.
