    JOB DESCRIPTION

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Partner with CBRE | Facility Source Client Support Team on issue resolution, enhancement implementation, and Support Center SOP's
    • Develop and maintain all FM Pilot and FM Survey budges, procedures, and reference materials
    • System administration (FM Survey, FM Pilot) - add/remove new users and labor codes, maintain updated user contact information and report queries, audit user and vendor compliance
    • Site creation, post-opening tasks, archive / de-commission closed stores
    • Site attribute administration and auditing - maintain accurate alignments, dates, dispatch matrixes, mall names, photos, fixture maps, etc.
    • Kuwait: accruals, PO approvals, payment documentation
    • Transportation/freight accruals, cost center allocation
    • Repairs & Maintenance budget reporting, work order status and date management
    • Complete ad hoc analysis, reporting, or special projects, as necessary
  • Qualifications

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Business, Construction, Finance, Logistics, or Statistics
    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
    • Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project) and Visio
    • Extremely detail oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and auditing
    • Time management; ability to complete special projects in addition to core job responsibilities
    • Understanding of project timelines and schedules
    • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and with multiple cross-functional teams
