As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2021 and June 2022.

###Potential Placement Areas:

Finance

Finance Rookies support decision making for their business units and maximize return on investment through financial analysis. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Economics.

Corporate Real Estate (CRE)

CRE Rookies support all aspects of Facilities including all of our teammate requests and service needs with vendors. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Facility Management, Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Communications.

Legal

Legal Rookies support the Under Armour business by verifying the safety and security of our brand, our teammates, our customers, and our external partners. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Pre-Law, English, Communications, Psychology, or Business Administration.

Human Resources (HR)

HR Rookies support all teammates with people and culture requests and service needs. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or Communications.
