WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will experience all aspects of the Credit & Risk Management Organization: Credit Operations, Portfolio and Data Analytics, Portfolio Management, and Credit Underwriting. You will be provided with training and mentorship opportunities designed to prepare you for any of the roles within the Credit & Risk Management Organization. Training will be highly interactive and hands-on. You will have regular engagement with members of the Credit & Risk Management team as well as interaction with leadership. You will be a fully integrated and contributing member of the Credit & Risk Management team while focusing on skill development and professional growth. Areas of the Credit & Risk Management organization:

• Portfolio Management - perform risk monitoring activities, payment performance assessment, and account reviews on Cisco's customers and partners.
• Portfolio and Data Analytics - analyzing and monitoring portfolio risk and performance, risk modeling, trend assessment, and auto-decision modeling.
• Credit Operations - support the Credit & Risk Management Team through systems, credit tools, Policy, training, and process documentation.
• Credit Underwriting - adjudicate credit based on a thorough assessment of a customer's risk profile, financial health, and repayment capacity.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be joining the Global Credit & Risk Management team that is responsible for the extension of credit on behalf of Cisco. We support over $49B in revenue via our Trade Credit & Channel Partner programs and over $11B in term leases and loans via Cisco Capital.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 1+ years of related working experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with application to financial statements, standard financial ratios, and financial and industry trends.
• Consistent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to change in the business environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability and desire to collaborate within the credit organization and cross-functionally (Collections, Operations, Sales, etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
