• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email
• Process incoming customer returns
• Manage daily inventory updates as provided by brands
• Process orders and input shipment information
• Identify roadblocks and meet with managers to improve daily flow

You're a problem-solver. You've got thick skin. You're eager to learn and grow. You play well with others, but can also get stuff done on your own. Detail-oriented, spreadsheet juggler, phone etiquette connoisseur. You are happy to get in the weeds (in this world, "weeds" means customer-facing phone calls, chat, or emails) and come out with a blossomed relationship and understanding of our customers and their needs.

• Confident oral communication
• Positive, ambitious attitude
• 1+ year experience providing service in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Experience with Zendesk preferred, but not required
