Responsibilities

This is a great chance to see an early stage startup. Instead of learning about just one company, you'll also get a ton of exposure to different companies across various industries and stages of growth.

You should expect the work to be largely customer service oriented on email tickets. There is the opportunity to grow into either a team lead role or a more full time role with a strong emphasis on developing training material and managing remote agents.

We're looking for customer support professionals that are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that every customer experience is a great one.

Qualifications

  • Comfort using Google Suite of Products

  • Experience with Zendesk, FreshDesk, Intercom, etc preferred

  • Experience with Shopify/Magento

  • Quick Learned

  • Willingness to be flexible

  • Punctual

  • Customer support experience strongly preferred

Compensation

$10-15/hour
