We are looking for an organized, energetic, on-top-of-it, go-getter to grow our customer success team. You will be the maître d for ThankView, the front-of-house when it comes to communicating with our partners about our brand, product updates and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will forge a relationship with each and every ThankView partner and guide their usage to produce the best results possible.
Through outreach and analysis of a partner's calendar, you will propose new opportunities to utilize ThankView for future outreach. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, kind, personable, patient, empathetic and eager to learn. We are a small but mighty team, and are looking for great collaborators and trustworthy teammates!
