The Data Management Analyst is responsible for the technical design, coding, unit testing, data conversion, data extracts, and overall data management of the SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting. The Data Management Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP data including data that interfaces with other applications. The Data Management Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams. The Data Management Analyst is required to participate in pager/on-call support and reports to their Accenture Supervisor and Client Service Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Technical analysis, design, code and testing of data conversions, data extracts, and overall data management of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting.
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP data and including data that interfaces with other applications.
• Growing a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams.
• Participation in pager/on-call support during off-hours/weekends/holidays.
• Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partners on and across their assigned Sustainment Support Team.
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in Accenture Methodologies.
• Providing and owning SAP (ECC 6.0), SCM, or BW data management support in assigned areas.
• Analyzing, designing, coding and testing data requests and enhancements to SAP (ECC 6.0), SCM, or BW objects.
• Participating in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs.
• Meeting service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively providing work status.
• Continuously developing industry knowledge and associated skills.
• Anticipating, identifying, tracking and resolving issues and risks affecting the applications.

Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree OR additional 4 years of relevant SAP experience
• 0 to 3 years of experience in SAP data conversion and extract development OR relevant IT data conversion/extract development and reporting experience
• 1 year experience with MS Office Suite
• Must be local to Mechanicsburg, PA area

Preferred Qualifications:

• US Federal Government IT experience
• Exposure to Systems Lifecycle Methodology
• Prior IT Production Support experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong facilitation skills

1+ years prior conversion and data extract development experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:
