Springboard’s Data Science Career Track is an online data science career development program includes 500-600 hours of coursework and culminates with a job offer for our graduates in the data science field!

The program is centered around the Data Science Method, with a project-based learning methodology so you can build your own portfolio of data science projects. In addition to the mastering the Data Science Method, the program is designed to cover: The Python Data Science Stack

• SQL and Databases
• Data Storytelling
• Statistical Inference
• Machine Learning

The program is 100% online and designed to be completed in 6 months (~20 hrs/week). You may complete it sooner if you devote more hours to work on it a week.

Every accepted trainee is paired with a professional Data Scientist working in the field. You mentor guides you through 1:1 weekly video conference calls.

Near the completion of the program, you work alongside the Springboard Career Services team who will guide you through the process of getting a job offer in the data science field.

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 6 months of basic coding experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++). HTML, SQL or CSS do not fulfill this requirement.
• Some knowledge of basic probability and descriptive statistics, including concepts like mean and median, standard deviation, distributions, and histograms.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher (soon to graduate candidates may be considered).
