The Data Security Analyst role is an entry-level technical position embedded within the Acxiom Security organization, supporting Acxiom's Data Security program. This role helps to maintain compliance between Acxiom's data security and privacy assessment program, assessing technical controls to ensure compliance to policy.

• The Data Security Analyst is trained on the in-scope tasks related to supporting Acxiom's privacy and security assessment policy requirements. This includes technical review of impact and expectations on systems, code and platforms of controls outlined in policies, procedures and standards.
• The selected candidate will support the Security and Compliance organization, maintain the automated quality management systems and related controlled documents.
• Supporting the Data Security Sr. Manager, you will conduct weekly checks to ensure the Service Now inventory is current.
• This is a hands-on position with teamwork across teams.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with appropriate systems, application and platform owners and Domain Experts in functions to support completing tasks.
• Support the design and implementation of processes that improve operational performance and reporting.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards and improve processes.

What you will need:

• College degree - Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems, Information Security, or IT Audit/Quality Assurance or Associates Degree with internship basic experience.
• Detailed motivated individual with good task management skills
• Good relationship and communication skills
