    WayUp is searching for a Demand Generation Manager to create go-to-market programs that resonate with our target audience and bring WayUp’s value proposition to life. This person should have experience in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment, while collaborating with sales, SDRs, and other cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and is motivated by growth.

    Your Role:

    • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive towards our opportunity, pipeline, and revenue targets
    • Optimizing customer personas and building campaigns and programs that resonate with them to drive conversion rates
    • Owning our webinar program by partnering closely with leadership, sales, and customer success. Provide a stage to share WayUp’s value prop, ensure that attendees have a seamless experience, and communicate progress and results to internal teams.
    • Establish and reinforce campaign objectives, and be able to communicate on results across the entire customer journey
    • Optimize the go-to-market strategy based on quantitative and qualitative campaign results
    • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
    • Establishing alignment and buy-in from stakeholders and delivering performance reports to leadership

  • Qualifications

    Your Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience executing end-to-end demand generation programs, including webinars, emails, nurtures, etc in Marketo
    • The ability to leverage both data and customer testimonials to create messaging that captures our audience’s attention and converts
    • You’re comfortable communicating campaign objectives and the business results they generate, reporting on results from an Opportunity and Pipeline perspective
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and revenue funnel
    • Experience extracting, analyzing, summarizing and communicating data
    • Comfort working in a fast paced, changing environment and willing to take initiative
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
