    SALARY RANGE

    US Remote 16.35 - 24.04 USD per hour

    YOUR JOB

    As a Department Coordinator, you will work cross-departmentally on large scale initiatives and operational tasks emerging from the global Trust & Safety teams within the Job Seeker Operations organization. These teams are located across North America, Europe, and Asia. You’ll be a point person for multiple sub-teams, management and stakeholders and will wear many hats.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build trusting relationships - Collaborate effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

    • Meeting/Presentation Management and Logistics - Work with leaders to plan and coordinate logistics for department All-Hands, and other team-wide connection points (including building out slide decks, executive presentations and agendas).

    • Communication Management - Manage department wiki content and provide ad hoc content support.

    • Procurement Support - Help manage the procurement process on behalf of the team.

    • Special Event Coordination and Planning - Research and plan special events, virtual and in-person (e.g. quarterly team building activities, leadership offsites, team celebrations, etc).

    • General Administrative Support - Manage a variety of administrative tasks that include but are not limited to: data cleanup, calendar and document auditing/streamlining, Jira support, Google group access.

    • Team Budgeting and Forecasting - Work alongside team leadership to create, organize and oversee the team’s budget, including considerations for special events and weekly or ongoing expenses. This may also include larger one off expenses, such as travel or conference attendance forecasting.

    • Team Recognition - Go-to resource for work anniversaries, birthdays, special recognition for life or work events.

    • Feedback and Action - Regularly solicit feedback from the team on different activities and processes, and drive adoption of improvements based on this feedback.

    WHO YOU ARE

    About you:

    • 2+ years experience working in fast-paced environment preferred; able to thrive within ambiguity

    • Proficiency in Google Suite (including Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

    • Prior experience with budgets and spreadsheets

    • Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects

    • Advanced oral, written and presentation skills

    • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively

    • Experience with Jira and Confluence desired

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
