    US Remote 110,000 - 160,000 USD per year

    YOUR JOB

    The Deputy Chief of Staff will be the right hand to the Chief of Staff for the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer). This is a critical role that will help enable communication, collaboration, and execution across the Marketing department and Indeed overall.  Marketing at Indeed is fast-growing, responsible for everything from content creation to product marketing to events and everything in between.  We have Marketers around the world, focused on driving and supporting Indeed’s growth globally.

    In this role you will work closely with leaders across Marketing to ensure the Marketing department functions smoothly. You should be a doer, problem solver, team builder, and effective communicator. You should have a passion for serving others and looking for effective ways to improve life for Indeedians, job seekers and employers.  You have a passion for Marketing, as well as the operational aspects that make a department great.  You will partner with teams across Indeed, including HR, Operations and Finance to drive forward Indeed’s business and Marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage projects and initiatives, big and small

    • Examples of real-life projects: Headcount planning and forecasting, content development for internal meetings, offsite planning and preparation, managing sponsorship and participation with industry associations

    • Provide support, guidance and accountability for projects you don’t manage

    • Ensure administrative tasks and schedules are kept 

    • Draft correspondence, communication and talking points

    • Identify areas for efficiency and improvement

    • Make connections and build relationships between various people and parts of the company to further strategic goals

    • Support leaders at all levels helping them be more effective

    • Whatever tasks needs to be done to further Indeed’s mission

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
