We are looking for an driven, autonomous self-starter to join our Design Team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to think and execute creatively. We're a small team and we get a lot done with very few resources. The Design Assistant will report to Design Director and will be responsible for assisting all aspects of the user on-boarding design process, developing assets for ThankView marketing and aiding in the development of a first rate user experience for current and potential users. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Designing creative assets for new and existing users
• Designing creative assets for ThankView social and email marketing
• Creative research including branding and UX/UI

• You have the ability to say "No" and will actively fight against feature creep and overcomplicating

• You have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Skill in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and XD a plus but not required.
• You're a graduate with a degree in the arts
• You have an overall positive attitude with a passion for learning
• You must love The Fast and Furious movie franchise (just kidding... or are we?)
