THE ADVENTURE

In this assignment the coop will work closely with and have responsibility for projects across the Digital & eCommerce Monogram & Café Team. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively to support five-person Digital and eCommerce team
• Project work related to Monogram and Café Web, Social and CRM content
• Maintain digital brand calendars and internal communications
• Drive special projects as needed across Owner Channel
• Adopt digital best practices based on Monogram and Café brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage competitive benchmarking, apply market research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies
• Manage YouTube Branded channels uploading videos and associated content
• Facilitate Curulate UGC content for Monogram and Café
• Independently develop branded Monogram & Café digital content for review
• Create, curate and manage digital content using existing internal and external tools and platforms
• Facilitate content curation and approvals through internal channels

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Students only. Must be a current full-time student enrolled in a bachelors or advance degree program; pursuing a marketing, English or business-related degree preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated skills in relationship building and facilitation
• Strong process management and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of various social media platforms
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be willing to work at least 20 hrs/week; ability to work flexible hours ranging from 20-40/week is ideal
• Coop duration will not exceed 52 weeks.

Most positions are located in Louisville, KY (our Corporate HQ). Assignments are also available in Camden, SC; Decatur, AL; LaFayette, GA; Selmer, TN. Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students.
