Job Requirements

• Determine information architecture and create sitemap, deliver optimal website experience, and design "fit for purpose" intranet website interface within Equifax brand guidelines. 
• Develop digital/creative assets for Awareness campaigns and communications
• Advance user behavior analysis. Manage reporting and metrics of key dashboard milestones. 
• Align intranet sites and other collaboration sites to corporate strategy, migrating where required; i.e. Google sites to LumApps 
• Create, curate, and manage all published content for approved social media outlets (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, aligned to Equifax  overall marketing and brand 
• Design and execute studies to identify learning, communication, incentive preferences, and behavioral patterns, to help define user personas

Preferred Experience:

• Industry tools such as G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms), Google Analytics, LumApps, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, OBS Studio, Snag It, Venngage, Word Wall, InDesign, Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint, 
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data user research
• User-centered design and interaction design principles
