    The Regional Transportation Organization (RTO) partners with over 25 Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Operating Companies to deliver innovative capabilities, services, and compliance leadership across all sectors while developing future leaders and transportation expertise for The Company. The organization is unique because it supports all transportation needs of J&J across North America.

    The RTO Co Op will have the opportunity to collaborate with business partners inside and outside of J&J to lead cost and service improvement initiatives as related to transportation. The RTO Co Op will also:

    • Support major RTO projects through data analysis (i.e. reliability improvements, bids submissions, carrier initiatives, etc) and provide recommendations to project teams based on analysis results.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external business units at all levels to drive process execution, changes, and deliverables.
    • Utilize systems such as Tableau and Alteryx to increase functionality and capability of reports
    • Have autonomy over projects
    • Have the ability to develop or join new projects
    • Be a part of a Co-op community with over +40 students
    • Receive mentorship from a full time J&J Leader
    • Have the opportunity to access professional development workshops and site visits/tours
    • Have leadership opportunities in and outside of the RTO including community service events and co-op led events
    • Gain networking opportunities across multiple departments at J&J
    • Gain access to the J&J company store which carries J&J products at a discounted price
  • Qualifications
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
    • Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing a Bachelors or degree at Drexel University (but not necessarily taking classes)
    • Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
    • Access, Excel macros, Tableau, Power BI experience is a plus
    • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, prioritization and problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities are required.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
    • Must be a self-starter with proven leadership capabilities and ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
    • Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work on a daily basis for the duration of the co-op
    • Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position
    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
