Houzz is seeking E-Commerce Sales Associates who will assist Houzz shoppers in finding and purchasing products for their home design or remodel project. In this role, you will be part of the E-Commerce Sales Associate Development Training Program. This Training Program provides ongoing sales training, career development, and offers a unique opportunity for those who are interested in gaining E-Commerce knowledge, advancing their sales skills and growing their career at Houzz.

We are seeking candidates who are goal-oriented and excellent multi-taskers. The ideal candidate has a competitive spirit, loves working with customers, has an eye for design, is tech-savvy, and has strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and upsell
• Establish relationships with new and returning Houzz customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing products for ongoing and new home renovation and design projects
• Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase on Houzz
• Achieve personal objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided
• Provide exceptional Customer Service for Houzz Marketplace customers
• Active participation in E-Commerce Sales Associate Training Program, for example, monthly sales training, product training, and progressive coaching from leads and managers.

• Previous experience working with customers/clients and an interest in a career in sales
