As an E-Commerce Sales Representative, you will assist Houzz shoppers in finding and purchasing products for their home design or remodel project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with customers and use Houzz technology to help them find home decor products and bring their projects to life.

We are seeking candidates who are goal-oriented and excellent multi-taskers. The ideal candidate has a competitive spirit, loves working with customers, has an eye for design, is tech-savvy, and has strong work ethic. Our downtown Nashville office is modern and bright.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and upsell
• Establish relationships with new and returning Houzz customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing products for ongoing and new home renovation and design projects
• Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase on Houzz
• Achieve personal objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided
• Provide exceptional Customer Service for Houzz Marketplace customers
• Perform outbound follow-up sales calls and emails with past customers

• Previous sales experience working with customers/clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
