  • Responsibilities

    The intern position will report to the manager in the F-35 Communications, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Subsystem team.

    This position will be performing Electrical & Electronic engineering functions related to CNI and may include one or more of the following:

    • On aircraft troubleshooting of CNI production issues
    • Troubleshooting support for fleet aircraft
    • Analysis of subsystem failures
    • Supplier hardware/software design review,
    • New requirements development
    • RF systems performance analysis
    • Interface management support
    • Database maintenance

  • Qualifications
    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field. Basic understanding of Electrical & Electronic engineering

    • Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

    • DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products

    • Knowledge of VBA programming in Microsoft Access

    • Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy Effective analytical and problem solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills

    • Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) design, antennas, electromagnetics, circuit design, and/or logic (VHDL) design
